This document is a template used to form an agreement of conveyance for the right to place a single morring at Baddeck Harbour. When executed it is between the Baddeck Mooring Authority and the Commercial Permittee.

Recreational Permit (once application is approved)

This document is a template used to form an agreement of conveyance for the right to place a single morring at Baddeck Harbour. When executed it is between the Baddeck Mooring Authority and the Recreational Permittee.
